What To Do In Palm Beach County | June 2018

Not sure what to do this month, June 2018, in Palm Beach County. Take a look at some of the top events taking place this month. Hope to see you there!

    Summer in Paradise (S.I.P)

    June 7, 2018 - July 26, 2018 - West Palm Beach Downtown
From fireworks to live music, Summer in Paradise—aka S.I.P.—offers fun, free things to do in West Palm Beach this summer. Listen to live music at Discover The Palm Beaches Stage, watch a movie under the stars, and take advantage of shopping and dining throughout West Palm Beach. The premier weekly event is Clematis by Night. This Thursday night concert series features performances by bands playing everything from reggae to modern country rock, depending on the week. In addition to enjoying live music, take advantage of happy-hour food and drink specials at restaurants and bars along Clematis Street. (Please note there will be no Clematis by Night on Thursday, July 5.)

    Fairy Tale Playhouses
New this year to Summer in Paradise are Fairy Tale Playhouses, 15 child-size playhouses representing fairytales from different countries. Let your kids’ imaginations run free as they journey through “The Frog Princess” from Poland and “Jack and the Beanstalk” from the UK, among others. More playhouses can be seen in the Magic Garden, a community green space on the corner of Rosemary Avenue and Evernia Street, and at Palm Beach Outlets. (Want to see them all? Take the trolley, which makes regular stops at each location.) Local artists are decorating the playhouses, which will be revealed during the June 7 Clematis by Night and auctioned off during the July 26 Clematis by Night to support local nonprofits.

    4th on Flagler
If you’re planning to celebrate America’s birthday, you won’t want to miss this. 4th on Flagler, South Florida’s largest free Independence Day event, dazzles with a fireworks spectacular over the downtown West Palm Beach waterfront—and it’s going to be bigger than ever this year to celebrate its 30th anniversary. Turn your eyes to the sky for an 18-minute fireworks display, and beforehand join in the fun on the ground. Listen to live music, savor delicious foods and cool drinks, play family-friendly games, and honor servicemen and -women during the annual Military Honor Ceremony. 4th on Flagler takes place 5-10 p.m. on July 4.

    Art Night Out
Stroll through Northwood Village and soak up the creative juices flowing from local artists, craft vendors, street musicians and more. Art Night Out is set for 6-9 p.m. on June 29, July 27 and August 31.

More Free Fun for the Whole Family Summer in Paradise is more than fairytales and the Fourth. Weekly community events for all ages include:
