G Girl Productions is hosting the 2018 Glitz and Glamour Homecoming Dance on Friday, January 5. Don’t worry about asking someone to be your date – that can be your fur-baby. Yes, your dog is your date to this dance. An instructor will be on hand to assist anyone with two (or four) left feet. Tickets are $75, and includes dinner, dancing and the famous Dog Perignon champagne. All the money raised through ticket sales will benefit Canine Rescue, a North Augusta, South Carolina group working to rescue dogs from shelters, puppy mills and other poor conditions. They then work to get the dogs adopted into loving homes. There will be a runway fashion show, where a Homecoming King, Queen, Prince and Princess will be named.
